How I Made My WeightMy weight was fast and easy to make. I used materials that I already had at home. The things I used are a water bottle, sand, and a paper to make a funnel. To start my weight, I found two plastic water bottles and filled them with sand. I weighed the bottle and it measured about 2lbs.

Some exercises you can do with this weight are dumbbell bench press, shoulder press, alternated bicep curls and triceps kickback.
Muscles To Work Out
The dumbbell bench press works out your triceps,lats, pecs, and almost every muscle in the upper body. The shoulder press works out your triceps and your rotator cuff muscles. The tricep kickbacks works out your triceps, rear deltoid, and your core muscles. The bicep curls work out your biceps anterior deltoid and trapezius muscles.
